-8920 Admin API - Socket Connection Reset (Entrust Authority Security Manager)

Root Cause: -8920 Admin API - Socket connection was reset. The Entrust Authority Security Manager service may have stopped

Findings:
  1.  In Security Manager Administration (SMA) version 5.x and up, this error is generated when an administrator has not loggedi n to SMA for an extended period of time. This usually represents a damaged or expired ASH certificate.
Resolutions:
1. Log in to the Entrust Shell (entsh). 2. Type recover ca and press Enter. 3. Type dsa restore ca and press Enter. 4. Log in to SMA. This process renews the ASH certificate and pushes it out to the directory. 5. If you have an existing SMA window (session) still open, close it and open a new one. (The old SMA session holds the old ASHservice credentials. Restarting the window will retrieve the new credentials.)
