Failed to Login/Partition Not Activated (HSM)

Root Cause: Failed to login to HSM

Findings: Unable to connect to HSM using "cmu list" command. All commands like "vtl verify", "lunacm" are working fine.

Resolution:
  1. Activate the partition using "partition active -par <HSMpartition>" command.
  2. Note: For HSM with PED, it will require partition owner (black) PED key to activate the partiton
