Findings:
  1. Cyberark users only access their monitoring/video recording on their authorized servers. Giving them Auditor access allows them to view all recordings/monitor on all servers
Resolution:
  1. Exclude the user from the Auditor Group
  2. Then Go to Policies -> Access Control Safe
