Actions Taken:
Netrust team perform the following steps:
  1. Check Firewall if Netrust url for Document Signing is blocked by the client
  2. Check if Adobe Acrobat is installed to the server/device
  3. Check the version of Adobe Acrobat
  4. Check if user can sign a document from Adobe Acrobat

Findings: The user can sign the document. However, he doesn't have knowledge on how to do it both in Windows and MAC environment

Resolution:

To perform signing of Document in Windows environment:
