Root Cause: Common Name Mismatch
Findings:
- The common name of the certificate is not match in the domain name when accessing the secured site.
Resolution:
- Reissued and copied the CSR of domain name (ex: test.nestrust.com) in the ECMS
Portal
- Added domain name which is the (test1.netrust.com).
- Pick up and bind the certificate.
