  1. The CN is wrong/ Change of CN

Resolution:
  1. Check the certificate generation account. If it is more than 30 days, you cannot change the CN. If it is still created within 30-day period, you can reissue the certificate.
  2. ​For the pooling certificate that is generated after 30-days, you can renew the certificate
