Root Cause: No Eligible organization for EV Multi-Domain.


Findings:
  1.  There are no organizations in this account that are eligible to create EV Multi-Domain certificates.

Resolutions:
  1. To ECMS portal, click Administration -> Client Management.
  2. Tick the box for the account, click actions -> promote.
  3. The client must fill up the form and must be verified by Entrust. Once verified, client can now perform generation of EV certificate.
