Resolution:
1. Double click on the certificate, then click on the Details menu.
2. Click on the Copy to file then click Next.
3. Select: Yes, import the private key then click Next.
4. Check the checkbox for password, provide your password and confirm password then click Next.
5. Then browse the location you want to save the file, and provide the file name. Click Next and Finish.
