Resolution:
1. Double click on the certificate, then click on the Details menu.
2. Click on the Copy to file then click Next.
3. Select: Yes, import the private key then click Next.
4. Check the checkbox for password, provide your password and confirm password then click Next.
​5. Then browse the location you want to save the file, and provide the file name. Click Next and Finish.
