Root Cause: 
  1. Excel cannot open the file because the format/file extension is not valid.


Findings:
  1. The recipient cannot open the file even if the policy applied was set to his/her email address.
Resolution:
  1. Upon checking, the file was corrupted that's why the recipient cannot open the file even if he/she was set as recipient of the file.
