Root Cause:
- Excel cannot open the file because the format/file extension is not valid.
Findings:
- The recipient cannot open the file even if the policy applied was set to his/her email address.
Resolution:
- Upon checking, the file was corrupted that's why the recipient cannot open the file even if he/she was set as recipient of the file.
