Root Cause: PSMSR196E: PSM is not enabled or not defined for policy

Findings:
  1. The newly created platform doesn't connect to the PSM and displays the error showned in Error Message column. Upon checking and troubleshooting, the team found out that the duplicated platform encounters problem on the cert tracking OKADA made because psm and connection component exist.
Resolution:
  1. Remove PSM and Connection components
