Findings:
  1. Website option is disabled as well as the other system types when adding an account
Resolution:
The disabled buttons is now resolved. As you mentioned, any changes that will be done on your end requires change request form. Here's the following to consider: ·Enable Device type. Implication: The disabled part when on-boarding of account will now be enabled. ·Enable Target Platform Implication: Target platforms per device type can now be used. The policies · On-boarding of database Implication: ssms will be installed in the psm server
