Root Cause: The 2FA Not Executing Upon Logging in on (Citrix Netscaller VDI)
Findings:
- There was a misconfiguration on the Citrix server, causing the 2FA not to execute upon logging in to Citrix Netscaller VDI
Resolution:
- Revert the configuration back to 2nd factor authentication. Restart both IDG server and the IDG RADIUS proxy services
