Created By: John Solis

Date Happened: N/A

Component: N/A

Platform: Linux

Root CauseError code (2500) failed to connect to any of the configured URLs

Findings
Possible Cause #1
The attempt to connect to the directory or database timed out.
Possible Cause #2 There are too many clients attempting to connect or the repository server(s) is down.

Resolution:
Possible Solution #1 Make sure the configured directory(s) or Database(s) are running correctly. If the network connection is slow, set the identityguard.ldap.connecttimeout or identityguard.jdbc.logintimeout setting in the identityguard.properties file to a large enough value to allow for the slow network connection. The value is specified in milliseconds for directories and seconds for databases. Possible Solution #2 Adjust the maximum number of connections allowed by the directory or database connection.
