Root Cause: Error Code (1200) Error reading key information

Findings: 
This message occurs when there is an error reading the key from the master key file at servlet initialization or when logging in to the command shell

Possible Cause #1
The master key file masterkeys.enc is corrupt or has been tampered with.

Possible Cause #2
The master key protection file masterkeys.obf is corrupt or has been tampered with.

Possible Cause #3
The Java Runtime Environment has not been configured to allow strong cryptography.
Resolution:
Possible Solution #1 Restore the master key file masterkeys.enc from backup.
Possible Solution #2 Delete and re-create the master key protection file by running the command "init -replica". After creating the file, re-enter the master user passwords.
Possible Solution #3 
Make sure that you are using Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4.2 or higher and that you have installed the unlimited strength jurisdiction policy files. These files are available at http://java.sun.com/
