Root Cause:

  1. Push notification was not received



Findings:
  1. Users can only authenticate on the server where he first logged in.
  2. Transaction was cached on only one server just like a sticky session in load balancer.

Resolution:

  1. Configure ehcache.xml in order to allow distributed cache mode
  2. Uncomment the script under: /opt/entrust/identityguardselfservice/identityguard selfservice120/instances/ROOT/etc
