Services Will Stop When Subscription Expires
QUESTION:
If services will stop when subscription expires in
the event that we have not renewed it on time?
ANSWER:
Yes,
MSPH services is synced with the product maintenance/subscription.
The
machines that have FDE already installed and encrypted will stay encrypted
and will continue to work.
However
new installs will no longer work. And when the mgmt license expires they
will no longer be able to manage the machine with FDE and they will also
not be able to create recovery media in the event they need to recover or
decrypt machine that have FDE.
And
yes, they will also no longer to update policy if the mgmt license is
expired
