Root Cause:
  1. Cannot initialize IDG


Findings:
  1. IDG installation was not successful. License activation was not prompted.


Resolution:
  1. Changed jdbc driver to previous version which is sqljdbc4 as the latest version was incompatible with Entrust IDG’s JAVA 8 libraries
